I have so much to share with you.  It is much easier for you to understand and use the information that I have if you bring your frequency up.  You should always do this so that you can enhance your day to day life; anyway.  It will allow you to get closer to Me and to understand all of the messages that I have.  For some of the concepts that I am sharing with you are more advanced now.

I want you to learn how to keep your frequency up and access Me easier and understand all the teachings that we have here for you.  For I am working with the Holy Trinity who are aspects of Me.  So know that when I say “we,” I am talking about all of the many aspects of myself that makeup All That Is.  Be aware that there are portions of Me that are so high and fine and vast that you can not interact with them.  So I have brought Myself down to a frequency that you can understand.  

But still in order for you to get all of the messages and information; you must always work on bringing your frequency up.  As your frequency grows and becomes higher, you will find that you can understand much more of the information that I am bringing to you.  I want you to become brilliant in your frequency.  Becoming brilliant in your frequency will allow you to become brilliant in every part of yourself.  

Your mind will work better.  You will have higher knowledge and all things will flow when your frequency is high.  Conversely, when your frequency is low, you can not understand many things about your life.  You feel slow and foolish and stupid and you make mistakes.  Here is a simple exercise for you now to always keep your frequency higher.  It is particularly good to do this exercise at the start of your day.  You can also do it at anytime that you are feeling tired or confused or you simply feel the need to be closer to Me and to the Light.  

Clear your mind and settle down.  This will only take a few moments of your time.  It is very powerful and helpful for you.  Put aside all of your concerns, cares and problems.  Stretch your mind and reach to Me.  You do not have to know who I am or where I am.  You must simply intend that you are reaching to connect to All That Is.

You are reaching out to God now and I know you.  I will feel your regard and return the regard that I have for you; to you.  Thus we meet.  So now you have reached to Me and we have met because I have reached back to you.  I want you to see, feel, hear or know My very strong Divine White Light coming to you.  

I want you to feel it filling all of the spaces within your body, mind and spirit.  You may feel things happening at the top of your head in the crown chakra.  You may feel things happening in your heart as your chest may have a feeling of expansion and fullness.  As I will always fill your heart with My Divine Light.  

Imagine that that light pours down all the way to your feet.  As it does so it fills your entire aura with the Divine White Light of God which brings protection and strength and awareness.  

It only takes a few moments to do this.  Although if you are feeling particularly tired or stressed or troubled you will need to spend a bit more time with it.  

You will also find that the more you do this the quicker it comes to you and the stronger it is able to come into you and that you will get clearer; quicker.  So it is a process that can get to be very powerful.  It can happen rapidly for you.  

Over time it will hold your frequency at a much higher place than it is now.  Anytime you continue to come to Me in this way, you are making a real and vital connection that will serve you as I become so much closer to you.  It allows Me to play a bigger role in your life as I will support you in all ways that I can.  

Know that you will use this Light.  Because of that you will need to replenish it.  I can not force Myself upon you so you must always do this exercise if you wish to keep this light flowing to you and to keep your frequency where it needs to be.  

Someday you will find that you and I become so close that it is as if we are one at times.  You will find that this beautiful union causes you to grow and evolve rapidly.  It will change your outlook on every single thing in your life.  It will also cause you to make better decisions and work from a place of higher knowledge and insight.  Things will be easier for you.  You will have wisdom to share and love to give to those in your life.  

So this simple exercise where you spend a few of your minuets throughout the day connecting to Me, reaching to Me and allowing Me to return the connection; is just what it takes to change your entire life; now and forevermore.  So begin to become brilliant and see yourself surrounded by My brilliance as I respond to you reaching to Me.  

That brings both of us into a place of harmony and love and perfect understanding.  This is All That Is showing you the way to achieve the frequency, the light and the relationship that you need now and I am offering to all.

I love humanity. It has always been that way. For after all, you are my finest creation. As you can imagine, I have created many beings. For the Angels and the Elohim are My creations too. They came before you as they were created to be your stewards among other things. So we all put our heads together and you were brought forth here on Planet Earth. All of us exclaimed that you were indeed the finest creation!

Now those Angels and Elohim are fine creations too. They consider you to be just as fine in your own way, as they are. They do not mind that I call you My finest creation for they are included in that, as they helped Me create you. You can imagine our dismay when we see what you are creating in many instances now. For you are creators too and I will not limit you. I must let you discover what creations are worthy of you and what are not.

In this way, you grow and become more. There are those who claim that I do not exist; because a real God would not allow such troubles. It is exactly these troubles that cause you to grow beyond poor behaviors. There is always a repercussion for every action; as you may have noticed.

I know that humanity can do a great deal better than what is being done now. For the parent watches their child and knows that the scribbles of kindergarten may evolve into masterpieces some day. It is hard though, as your scribbles often hurt you and others. Still I must wait for you to ask for My help and advice.

Without that you will continue to grow but the growth is often slow and confused. As you learn to reach higher, then you find My Light. That Light is full of information, ability and potential. It is there to be harvested by those who are wise enough to pick it. I have endless amounts of this Light. I do not withhold or limit the tools of your evolution.

Only you do that. You will come to recognize when you are limiting yourselves. That will be a great moment for all of us. Each one of you will find it in your own time. It can come spontaneously or after great struggle. Many souls have become unlimited. You are not aware of them because they take themselves and their creations to a higher dimension.

You will do that one day. It is guaranteed. Every soul evolves and every soul evolves forever. As we see you graduate from Earth, My Angels and Elohim and I exclaim with joy: “There goes an unlimited human who is surely one of God’s finest creations!

The false self is that portion of you that we call the ego. That false self likes to create a facade that fools everyone including you. You see yourself as someone who really you are not. I see the sacred self that you are. In order to really find Me you need to overcome the views and actions of the false self. For it does not want anyone, even Me to help you change.

For the ego is fearful and rigid. It does not want to let God in as it is the dictator that rules you. The ego can acknowledge Me when it has too. It has been in charge of you for so long that you do not know any better. So you believe the ego is you and it stands between us maintaining it’s sovereignty.

Since the ego is impressed by the trappings of the material plane it has it’s focus there. It does not see Me as having much value unless that can be pointed out to it in some way. The ego would much rather listen to the authorities of the physical plane. Especially if they are offering it some kind of treat. Money, position, power and safety are all treats that the ego wants to enjoy.

Many times these treats are illusions and not real at all. However the ego will have you chasing those treats, even if it causes you to act in ways that are unkind or foolish. For the ego in it’s desire to improve your standing often makes mistakes. Sometimes the mistakes cause situations that bring about intense lessons. That is when I have a chance to teach you.

For if I can engage your true self, the sacred self; I can give you knowings. Intense pain, suffering and self defeat often bring the sacred self forward. Then the lessons are realized and sink in. If we can strongly meet then real progress and evolution of the ego begins. One thing leads to another always. The mistakes of the ego supply you with motivation to find Me; or motivation to create even more trouble.

For the ego wants to fix everything even if the fix is temporary. The solutions that I offer you are very different. I know how to make the finest outcome and the greatest growth for you. My solutions are never short cuts or fast fixes. They are built upon the highest intentions and the greatest integrity. In that way they are executed with the highest light and power.

You can tell when a solution is the correct one. For it will be fair and loving. It will have a quality and brilliance that you can feel and know is there. My hand will be involved in some way that shows you and others the best way forward. It will be the way that honors everyone involved. Some may not think it is an honor. But they will have the best lesson they can use to build upon.

Reach for Me and I will show you your sacred self. When the sacred self rules the ego will have to serve you in a higher and finer way. Your ego will actually begin to relax as it has a leader that is worthy of you. All of us will then move forward together in harmony to the next experience. Some would call this “letting go.” When you do that it gives Me the opportunity to act as your partner. As I am unlimited you will find many of your limitations fall away.
